Hi I’m Tom the coach behind Crowne Coaching! My aim is to help people enjoy ways to stay fit and healthy around their restrictions.
I’m a father of 2 who is into his 40s and has always loved sports and fitness. I have been involved in the fitness industry for a number of years, as I’ve grown older I’ve had to adjust to the restrictions that life throws at you. Anything from injuries and health issues to life restrictions, such as relationships, family and work.
The goal, is to help you get better at what you enjoy and keep enjoying it for longer! Therefore, I aim to adapt exercises and the schedule to exercise around you. Help you keep working towards your goals and overcoming any barriers or restrictions.
Check out the options that I offer and find one that is going to benefit you most. In person? Online? Hybrid or small groups we can find a way to give you guidance, have structure and keep you accountable to reach your goal.
I design and work to programs to achieve the goal set. Any physical goal can be set, many are unique to the individual! Examples below.

By adding fun to your program, an understanding of what you're doing and having accountability for your actions, creates consistency and results.
Depending on you targets and goals that are set, we look to design a programme that creates structure for you to follow. Taking into account your lifestyle and barriers.
Whether you train in person, online or in a group we will create a point of contact for support and also accountability with your commitment to train.
Questions about the programme you are following or exercises can always be asked. We want you to learn about the way you are training and give feedback.
Motivation helps get going and keep going, if you enjoy it you’ll keep coming back. This is the place we aim to get you to.

Be guided in the gym, discuss technique and be comfortable and confident in the exercises and program being presented by the trainer. Have accountability and be motivated in every session.

Workout with friends (in a pair or a small group of 3). Be pushed by one another, enjoy the training in a safe coached environment. Workout to a common goal and be motivated by those around you.
£60 for a paired session
£75 for group of 3 session
Access to an app to follow a personalised programme. Keep in contact with the trainer to discuss concerns or adaptations. Be accountable for your workouts.
