About me

Hi I’m Tom the coach behind Crowne Coaching! My aim is to help people enjoy ways to stay fit and healthy around their restrictions.

I’m a father of 2 who is into his 40s and has always loved sports and fitness. I have been involved in the fitness industry for a number of years, as I’ve grown older I’ve had to adjust to the restrictions that life throws at you. Anything from injuries and health issues to life restrictions, such as relationships, family and work.

The goal, is to help you get better at what you enjoy and keep enjoying it for longer! Therefore, I aim to adapt exercises and the schedule to exercise around you. Help you keep working towards your goals and overcoming any barriers or restrictions.

Check out the options that I offer and find one that is going to benefit you most. In person? Online? Hybrid or small groups we can find a way to give you guidance, have structure and keep you accountable to reach your goal.

I design and work to programs to achieve the goal set. Any physical goal can be set, many are unique to the individual! Examples below.

- Being comfortable and able to pick up my kids

Over the course of seven years, I have undergone extensive training under the guidance of Tom, a highly skilled and experienced professional. Throughout this period, I have encountered several injuries, the most recent being Plantarfaciitis. Demonstrating his expertise and commitment to my well-being, Tom promptly adapted my training regimen to accommodate the injury while actively promoting recovery. Moreover, he has diligently focused on strengthening my golf swing, a concerted effort that has yielded tangible and noteworthy improvements.

Tom has been training me for over 5 years and during that time I have successfully completed a number of endurance events including Ironman. Tom has been excellent along this journey, adapting a strength and conditioning programme to work in sync with these events and the training intensity. Tom's approach has massively improved my performance whilst ensuring that I have a solid strength base, avoiding injury. Tom has a fun approach to training sessions and kept me motivated to maintain strength work consistently over the last few years, even during covid when many races were cancelled. I have no hesitation in recommending Tom and look forward to many more years of coaching.

What we offer

Contact for free consultation/taster. Anyone who enquires is welcome to pop in for a free, no obligation taster (no gym membership required). We can discuss your goal and the best way I can help you reach the goal.

01

ONE TO ONE IN PERSON TRAINING

Be guided in the gym, discuss technique and be comfortable and confident in the exercises and program being presented by the trainer. Have accountability and be motivated in every session.

£45 per session

02

SMALL GROUP TRAINING

Workout with friends (in a pair or a small group of 3). Be pushed by one another, enjoy the training in a safe coached environment. Workout to a common goal and be motivated by those around you.

£60 for a paired session
£75 for group of 3 session

ONLINE PROGRAMMING

Access to an app to follow a personalised programme. Keep in contact with the trainer to discuss concerns or adaptations. Be accountable for your workouts.

HYBRID TRAINING

Have a one-to-one session but also have your own programme to follow away from your PT. Get the most from your PT by following extra sessions to compliment your 1-2-1 session.
